We are seeking a dedicated RN for the Surgical ICU Stepdown in Charleston, WV.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with complex surgical cases.

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery
