We are hiring a Physical Therapy Tech/Aid / Chiropractic Assistant for a busy chiropractic and rehabilitation office.
This is an active, hands-on patient care position, not a desk-only job. You will help move patients through their treatment, prepare therapy areas and equipment, assist with basic clinical support duties, and help with front-office tasks when needed.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, energetic, professional, and willing to work hard. Our office moves at a fast pace, and everyone is expected to contribute.
What You’ll Do
- Assist patients throughout their therapy and rehabilitation visits
- Set up patients and prepare therapy equipment
- Clean and reset treatment areas between patients
- Help maintain efficient patient flow
- Assist doctors and clinical staff as directed
- Schedule appointments and answer phones
- Perform basic data entry and clerical duties
- Collect patient payments when needed
- Keep clinical and work areas clean, organized, and ready for patients
- Help wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly

Requirements
- Available Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
- Available for rotating Saturdays
- Flexible to work at different local office locations when needed
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance and dependability
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Must pass a background check
Previous experience as a Physical Therapy Tech, PT Aide, Chiropractic Assistant, Medical Assistant, Rehab Tech, Athletic Training Assistant, or other healthcare support position is preferred but not required.
We will train the right person who has the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to learn.
About the Position
This is not a position for someone looking to sit behind a desk or do the minimum required. We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of the patient-care team.
Strong employees who become proficient in patient flow, therapies, clinical support, and front-office responsibilities will have opportunities for additional responsibility and growth.
