We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - Registered Nurse for a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in Wilmington, Delaware.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex, chronic conditions requiring extended hospitalization.
• Assess patient health status, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
