Specialty Sales & Service Support Coordinator

This is a hybridremote role based out of the Centerville, OH office, with employees expected to work onsite on designated inoffice days each week.

Job Summary:

Provides administrative support to Sales and Account Service teams. Serves as the first line of communication between the client, prospect, broker, or consultant for questions and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Supports Sales Consultant for prospecting and all areas related to business acquisition
• (Benefits Quote Requests, account worksheets, certificate and Summary Plan Description (SPD) review, WebBen system creation and review system maintenance, group reporting, etc.).
• Organizes and coordinates details related to successful group implementation with internal departments and business distribution channels
• Mines and logs information related to Sales in database and other resources as directed.
• Maintains knowledge of dental environment and impact on SDC product and processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned and covers for other

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, but will consider collective experience, training and education.
• 2 years support experience in a financial services, dental insurance, customer service or related environment.

Professional Certification(s):

• NA

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of dental insurance products and sales and service operations (underwriting, stop loss, benefit plan design, funding).
• Intermediate MS Office Skills.
