Assists in leading enterprise projects and teams in compliance with the Company's defined project management standards with the goal of delivering project objectives on time and within budget. Work with line managers and team members to develop appropriate methodology plans and assists with appropriate tasks, resources, milestones, cost analysis and timelines. Provide all levels of project communications and work with project sponsors or product owners to resolve issues, address changes and identify risks and mitigations.
- Provide appropriate business analysis by working closely with business areas to understand the business need and work to identify alternative technical, architectural and design solutions to meet that need. Identify future business needs, especially from a strategic perspective.
- Engages in continuous education.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Information or equivalent work experience.
- Appropriate methodology certification preferred as offered through the Project Management Institutue (PMI).
- Working knowledge of appropriate methodology/process.
- Working knowledge of the applications development life cycle and infrastructure processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years’ experience managing successful projects using a formal methodology life cycle.
- Experience with data analysis and presentation skills
- Appropriate methodology certification preferred as offered through the Project Management Institutue (PMI).
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall project management and/or Agile scrum master methodologies/processes.
- Working knowledge of the applications development life cycle and infrastructure processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience managing successful projects using a formal methodology life cycle and software development methodology.
- Appropriate methodology certification preferred as offered through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall project management and/or Agile scrum master methodologies/processes.
- Advanced knowledge of the applications development life cycle and infrastructure processes.
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills
