Responsibilities

Enterprise Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst I

• Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to support business intelligence and reporting initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to design and implement reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Assist in maintaining data integrity and performing data quality checks to ensure accurate reporting.
• Contribute to creating visually appealing data visualizations and interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support data analysis activities, identify trends, patterns, and insights from various data sources. Provide support in analyzing data and contributing to the preparation of business insights and recommendations for decision-makers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data and reporting needs and contribute to the delivery of relevant reporting solutions.
• Learn and utilize business intelligence tools and technologies for data analysis and reporting. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical and analytics skills. Assist in end-to-end business intelligence projects, from data analysis and preprocessing to report create and data visualization. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in business intelligence.

• Utilizes advanced data analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, guiding strategic decision-making across the organization. Improves regular and ad-hoc reports to provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to stakeholders.
• Contributes and coordinates with cross-functional teams to understand their data and reporting needs and contribute to the delivery of relevant reporting solutions. Learn and utilize business intelligence tools and technologies for data analysis and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical and analytics skills. Coordinates end-to-end business intelligence projects, from data analysis and preprocessing to report create and data visualization. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in business intelligence.

• Oversee the design and implementation of a scalable and integrated reporting architecture, ensuring seamless data integration and accuracy in reporting.
• Utilizes advanced data analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, guiding strategic decision-making across the organization. Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in business intelligence, reporting tools, and data analytics, driving innovation within the team.
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and maintain data quality across the reporting environment.

Qualifications

Enterprise Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst I

Education And Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
