Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to multiple employees within a department.
- Performs basic research and data entry.
- Generates, maintains and distributes reports and correspondence according to department guidelines.
- Schedules appointments and coordinates meetings.
- Acts as a liaison with other departments.
- Receives visitors.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1-year administrative support experience.
- Basic knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment (multi-function copier/printer/scanner, conference phone, etc.)
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills.
