Key Objectives

Responsibilities

• Enter patient information, medical records, and appointment details into electronic databases with high accuracy.
• Verify and update existing records to ensure data is current and complete.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist with generating reports and data summaries as needed by management.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries promptly.
• Support administrative staff with clerical duties related to data management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry, preferably in healthcare or wellness settings.
