Our Electrical Assembler II position is hands-on and detail-oriented, supporting the build and testing of highly precise machinery used across multiple applications.What You’ll Do• Assemble and wire complex electrical units that require accuracy, care, and strong problem-solving skills• Position, install, align, and integrate electrical wiring, panels, and components into machinery• Route, wire, assemble, and install electrical and electronic components in cabinets, enclosures, and machines• Read and interpret work orders, schematics, and specifications to determine the correct assembly method• Cut wires to size and prepare insulated connections• Crimp terminal eyelets and lugs using hand or machine crimping tools• Route, twist, tie, and secure wiring following layout and engineering instructions• Connect wiring to relays, switches, breakers, plugs, and other accessories• Conduct continuity and functional tests using multimeters and other test equipment• Troubleshoot and escalate issues to supervisors or engineering• Inspect work according to engineering standards to ensure proper assembly• Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed• Support final inspection and testing to confirm equipment meets performance requirementsWhat You Bring• Two to four years of related electrical assembly experience preferred• Technical school experience is a plus• Experience with centerless grinding is helpful but not required• High school diploma or equivalent required• Strong attention to detail• Ability to read, follow directions, and work with precision• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and communicate issuesPhysical Requirements• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds regularly• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work with manual dexterity• Comfortable being on your feet for most of the shift• Ability to follow company procedures and safety guidelinesIf you enjoy hands-on work, building high-quality machines, and being part of a team that values craftsmanship and innovation, we’d like to meet you.MMT is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
