What are the responsibilities and job description for the Imaging Field Service Engineer position at Medical Imaging Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair medical imaging equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support
- Train customers on the operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Document service activities, including repairs, replacements, and parts used
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrician work, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting electrical systems
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate installation and alignment of machinery
- Experience as an industrial mechanic, with the ability to fabricate and repair mechanical components
- Familiarity with high voltage systems and safety protocols
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection procedures
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
-Applicant must have Associates in Electrical Engineering Technology or working experience equivalent. Applicant must take electrical test and pass with 80% or better to be considered for this position.
