We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Bothell facility. This role is hands-on and requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Position Overview:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory systems, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring efficiency in all aspects of warehouse workflow. In addition this role will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials requested by our partners and service team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured environment, take ownership of inventory accuracy, and support our goal of providing reliable products to our healthcare and service partners, as well as our internal service team..

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily operations.
• Oversee accurate inventory counts and ensure stock is well organized.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems (weights, barcoding, digital tracking).
• Manage shipping and receiving of products, including scheduling and logistics.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and project needs.
• Provide regular updates on inventory, project progress, and operational performance.
