Medical Essential Diagnostics is a team of medical professionals committed to providing preventative healthcare testing and physicals to all NJ essential workers. Through our “Save My Life Program”, we provide comprehensive, cardiopulmonary physical exams via our five clinic locations within the state. This program was designed exclusively for first responders, township/county/state employees, educators, and their families. Our goal?
To make sure essential workers and their families have peace of mind, better health outcomes, and reduced occupational risk. Through yearly testing, we are able to diagnose non-symptomatic health issues before they become serious.
Key Responsibilities:
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
● Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and revenue.
● Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records to ensure accuracy.
Monitor bank transactions and handle disputes as necessary
● Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the organization's financial performance.
Verify coded expenses and receipts
Monitor emails and reply to inquiries as necessary
Coordinate with other departments to delegate and complete various tasks and projects
● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
● Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
● Support the development and monitoring of budgets.
● Provide insights on budget variances and assist in financial forecasting.
● Process payroll, including bonuses, reimbursements, verifying federal and state payroll taxes are paid etc.
Process payments and check requests
● Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting
● ADP Payroll experience preferred
● Proven experience as a Bookkeeping Accountant or similar role.
● Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, etc.)
● Basic or Intermediate level experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Full Time, 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday
Salary : $24 - $27
