Key Responsibilities
- Ensure suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services
- Lead cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve supplier-related quality or compliance issues
- Participate in corrective/preventive action teams for supplier-related issues
- Coach team members on supplier quality principles and quality system requirements
- Define component qualification strategy (PPAP) and partner with suppliers to develop qualification plans
- Qualify suppliers according to company standards and administer Certified Supplier Programs
- Monitor parts through the manufacturing cycle and resolve supplier-related problems
- Evaluate suppliers' internal functions and provide performance feedback
- Provide technical guidance and quality compliance throughout the product lifecycle
- Develop and deliver Product Acceptance Sampling Strategy and Control Plans
- Define Receiving Inspection requirements and validate associated test methods
- Evaluate and approve supplier change requests
- Manage and deliver assigned projects with other stakeholders
- Support internal and external audits and inspections
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and manage Supplier CAPA records
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of relevant experience
- OR advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Strong background in Quality Systems related to Supplier Controls
- Proven excellence in problem solving (DMAIC, CAPA, or similar)
- Experience in SAP, Agile, and Track Wise (Nice to Have)
