Required Skills:
- Current RN license in practicing state
- Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience
- Proficiency in computer, software, and web-based applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to effectively assess patient learning needs and implement tailored teaching strategies
- Demonstrated leadership in delegating, directing, and managing nursing team resources
- Knowledge of the nursing process and healthcare regulations
- Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Commitment to cultural sensitivity and professional accountability
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
Other Requirements:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Physical ability to meet heavy work demands, including exerting up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially infectious materials
- Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and employer policies on safety, privacy, and ethical conduct
- Must be able to perform in a healthcare setting involving direct patient care and handling of hazardous materials
