• Salary: $ 299,759 Based on Experience

Shift/Hours: Variable
Requirements:

• Fulltime outpatient position with leadership/Division Chair interest.
• Provider must have minimum of 5 years in practice in outpatient primary care
• Seeking a provider who ideally plans to stay and practice 5-10 years minimum.
• Will split time between Medical Director activities and Primary Care responsibilities.
• 20-24 patients per day
• Community call (including local nursing home patients) TBD
• EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
• Supported by an RN Team leader and designated MA
• Excellent IT and Marketing support to help build volume and reach wRVU #s
• Competitive compensation, including productivity, and benefits package.
• $20,000 commencement bonus
• Retention bonus for years 2 and 3
• up to $19,000 relocation/rental assistance
• Student Loan Repayment application assistance.

• Schedule:
• Will split time between Medical Director activities and Primary Care responsibilities.
• Medical Director = 16 hours per week.
• Primary Care = 24 hours per week (2.5 hours documentation time; 21.5 hours direct patient care).
