What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Waste/Shredding Sales/Operations Representative position at Medical Disposal Systems?
Locally owned and operated biomedical waste and shredding company seeking driven, goal-oriented sales/operations team members to add to our dynamic team. Must be results driven and looking to succeed.
Position entails driving company Sprinter Van servicing existing customer base servicing/picking up and disposing of medical waste and shredding. While servicing current base, we are looking to have said team member cross-sell our services to our existing customer base while expanding our footprint to surrounding potential clients (neighbors to those we currently service).
Ideal candidates must have:
- Strong prospecting/business development skills
- 2 years of sales and operations experience
- Valid FL driver's license
- Clean MVR
- Experience in retention calls and upselling current customer base
- Hunter capabilities with the ability to get to the decision maker
- Experience in contractual (longer term) sales
