Foot & Ankle Sales Representative
Our 30 year old orthopedic client is expanding their direct sales and sales management team across the US. Their orthopedic product portfolio focuses on delivering innovative implants, instruments, and biologics used by surgeons in the upper and lower extremity space. They are investing significantly in internal new product development initiatives and evaluating complimentary acquisition opportunities.
The goal of the Sales Representative is to strategically drive sales in an assigned territory by delivering products on time, providing technical support in the OR, and driving adoption through surgical and technical expertise. Identifies business opportunities, develops targeted sales strategies, and ensures timely follow-ups on leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to secure new opportunities.
- Assess prospects’ needs and deliver tailored responses via various communication methods.
- Conduct field sales calls, provide OR consultation, and manage on-call duties.
- Offer post-sale support, including in-service training and product replenishment.
- Communicate product updates and introduce new offerings to customers.
- Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM records and adhere to industry compliance standards (e.g., AdvaMed Code).
- Mentor Associate Sales Representatives and stay updated on industry trends.
- Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and professional events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, medical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of successful sales experience (medical device preferred).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
- Familiarity with operating room environments and credentialing requirements.
- Reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits
- On-Target Earnings ranging from $165K - $175K annually, uncapped commissions
