Duties and Responsibilities:
· Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Relationship Building: Develop deep relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within each account to understand their business needs and align solutions accordingly.
· Strategic Planning: Create and execute account plans that drive retention, growth, and profitability.
· Problem Solving: Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
· Performance Monitoring: Track account performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports for internal and client review.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer service and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Contract Management: Support contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance for house accounts.
· Upselling & Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand product or service offerings within existing accounts.
· Maintain and expand the company's database through use of CRM and ERP systems.
· Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales actions to prospective clients.
· Attend periodic sales training where applicable and maintain current knowledge of products and industry trends.

· University or college degree, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
· 5 years’ experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably with high-value or strategic accounts.
· Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
· Strong knowledge of B2B sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
· Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
· Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills with excellent listening skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.

Preferred Qualifications:
