Clinical Program Coordinator II - Endocrinology Rheumatology

Summary

Coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the program. Provide support to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program’s goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program.
  • Collaborate with Providers:
    • Meet with new and current providers to discuss, build, and implement Epic template builds and changes utilizing the DOM’s excel spreadsheet schedule template.
    • Collaborate and coordinate with hospital clinic managers and template build team to approve and build Epic templates.
  • Manage and monitor Gone Time for both divisions.
  • Create and prepare monthly learner schedule assigning residents, students, and external learners with providers.
  • Create and maintain quarterly consult schedule and enter schedule in QGenda.
  • Maintain program timelines including tracking deadlines and program components.
  • Coordinate program budget as needed.
  • Assist in recruitment and training of program staff as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling people and material resources. Conduct or coordinate training for program participants as needed.
  • Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data. Provide input on program design.
  • Report program data and progress to program stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with community organizations as needed.
  • Collaborate on the development of program materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.

Qualifications

Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree

Minimum Required Experience: 3 year’s

Preferred Experience: EPIC, Qgenda, Clinic Operations, Template Building

Physical Requirements

Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously.

Work Environment

Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.

Sensory Acuity

Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
