Job Title: Imaging CT Technologist PRN
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Imaging CT Technologist PRN to join our team at Medical City Weatherford.
About the Role:
The Imaging CT Technologist performs routine and specialized imaging procedures using computerized tomography (CT) scans. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and position patients on the CT table
- Start IVs for contrast injection when necessary
- Assess image quality and make adjustments as needed
- Release patients with proper post-procedure instructions
- Turn over and prepare the room using aseptic technique between patients
- Clean and sterilize equipment
Requirements:
- Prefer Graduate of an accredited AMA program with a certificate or degree in Radiology Technology
- Must be Registered ARRT with RT(R)(CT) CT registration required
- BCLS required upon hire
- Two years of experience preferred with additional training in CT scanning
- On call required and must have the ability to report to the facility within 45 minutes of call back
- Must be able to work rotating weekends and holidays
