Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Quality Management, the Quality Management Stroke Coordinator provides data management support for Quality Management and organization. In this role, he/she is responsible for harvesting, entering, aggregating and analyzing data for quality, core measures, OPPE/FPPE, infection control, risk management as well as publicly reported data for CMS, NSHN and Leapfrog. In addition to data management, this position provides technical and administrative support for internal and external quality databases.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
• Licensed to practice in the State of Texas or holds a multistate license
• Knowledge of specialty equipment and tools: Business Objectives, Power point, Excel, Access, and other Statistical Databases
• Quality Management experience preferred
