Our main campus is a Level III Trauma Center. We provide emergency services at our main campus and at Medical City ER Stonebridge. We have cardiovascular and neurological services. We offer general surgery, orthopedics and women's services. Additionally, a Level II neonatal intensive care unit and behavioral health services. Medical City McKinney is a Primary Stroke Center. We are also a stroke rehabilitation center. We are certified by The Joint Commission for total hip and total knee replacement. We are a part of the Medical City network of hospitals. Job Summary And Qualifications
What qualifications you will need:
- Perform 12 lead EKGs, including the ability to recognize rhythms which have the potential to alter the patient’s hemodynamics.
- Perform holter monitor patient set up and scan tracing after holter monitoring is complete. Must have the ability to recognize rhythms which have the potential to alter the patient’s hemodynamics
- Perform EEG testing and recognize abnormal tracings
- Make discriminating observation
- Must be capable of performing CPR without limitation and respond to all emergent situations
- Must be able to perform all job requirements independently.
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent required
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS required.
- 1 years of EEG/EKG experience is required
