Job Summary And Qualifications
The Supervisor ensures high quality, patient-centered clinical care through oversight of a specific shift or segment of
operations. The Supervisor monitors and evaluates clinical care in accordance with established policies/procedures,
models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values, and creates an environment to support an
unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

We have cancer care, orthopedics, surgical and women's services for our patients. What Qualifications You Will Need
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Neonate Resuscitate
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- (NBRC-RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist, or (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
- 2 Year's experience as an RRT
- 2 Year's experience as a Manager or Supervisor
