Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the supervision of the Director and Supervisor of Facilities Management, the incumbent performs a variety of general, mechanical and preventative maintenance inspections and task, servicing and overhauling of equipment, as well as Security issues pertaining to the facility.

What qualifications you will need:

• Mechanical or Trade School certificate preferred. Applicable related mechanical experience accepted
• Strong communication skills, mechanical knowledge and application
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications and general computer use
• A minimum of 2 years of healthcare or 10 years of experience in a related field mechanical field preferred

• 
  Any one of the following required:

  • 
    State Registered Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician

  • 
    Electrical or Electrical Apprentice certification

  • 
    Plumbing certification
