Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As a Patient Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive diagnostic information, insurance coverage information, and treatment recommendations to patients in need. Your role will involve developing personalized care plans based on our clinical team’s treatment recommendations and presenting them to the patient. Sales experience is recommended but not required. Responsibilities:
-Interpret the patient's clinical needs, diagnostic findings, and insurance coverage to provide a personalized care plan to fit their needs.
- Monitor services provided to patients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during challenging situations in regard to cost and/or treatment progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, case management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
