Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Optometrist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care services, including vision examinations , diagnosis of eyecoditions and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough eye examinations to assess vision and diagnose various ocular conditions.
- Prescribe corrective lenses and other treatments based on patient needs.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulatio
- Stay updated on advancements in optometry practices and technologies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and retent
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state optometry license to practice.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology related to eye care.
- Experience in ophthalmology or optical settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively with pediatric patients is a plus.
