We are seeking an Adjunct Medical Assistant Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will deliver engaging clinical training and classroom instruction to aspiring medical assistants, ensuring they acquire the essential skills and knowledge needed for success in healthcare settings.
Duties
- Supervise and mentor students during clinical training.
- Assess student performance through exams, practical demonstrations, documentation review, and participation in clinical research projects or clinical trials.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and competency assessments while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards.
- Support students from diverse cultural backgrounds by fostering an inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
Experience
- Clinical experience in rooming, vitals, venipuncture, sterile field set up/breakdown, injections, minor procedure, EKG.
- All interviewed candidates will perform above skills before being selected.
