We are seeking a Medical Receptionist for a full-time, on-site role located in West Monroe, LA. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, greeting patients, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area. Additional responsibilities include verifying patient information, utilizing medical terminology accurately, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and medical staff.

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and knowledge of Receptionist Duties are essential.
• Strong understanding and ability to use Medical Terminology in a professional setting.
• Experience working in a Medical Office environment with knowledge of administrative procedures.
• Excellent communication and Phone Etiquette skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and customer service focus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in medical office administration are beneficial.
