We are currently seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our growing outpatient team in beautiful Bristol, Rhode Island. This flexible full-time or part-time role offers the opportunity to care for patients in an outpatient setting.
🛑 No hospital work. No newborn nursery responsibilities. 100% outpatient care.
One dedicated Medical Assistant (MA) per provider
Access to an on-site pharmacist for convenience and coordinated care
Support from an on-site Nurse Care Manager to assist with chronic care management and care coordination
Collaborative, team-based environment with physician leadership
Modern electronic health record (EHR) system
Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
Deliver comprehensive primary care to pediatric and adult patients
On-site urgent care
Manage acute and chronic conditions across a broad range of diagnoses
Provide preventive care, screenings, and patient education
Collaborate with specialists and allied health professionals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Develop long-term, trusting relationships with patients and families
Valid Rhode Island medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Excellent diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in outpatient primary care is a plus, but not required
