As a Maintenance Technician Trainee, you will assist in the general upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of the facility. Under the guidance of experienced team members, you will receive hands-on training and support in the following areas:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Some experience preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate. A background or interest in cabinetry or general maintenance is a plus.

As a Maintenance Technician Trainee, you will assist in the general upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of the facility. Under the guidance of experienced team members, you will receive hands-on training and support in the following areas:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic repair tasks related to plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems, and electrical components.
- Custodial and housekeeping functions, including cleaning, floor care, and general facility sanitation as needed.
- Seasonal outdoor tasks such as snow removal and basic groundskeeping.
- Aid in room setups, equipment moves, and other facility-related logistics for internal events or operational needs.
- Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner, ensuring safety and efficiency in all tasks.
- Collaborate with the Facilities team to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and supporting a clean, safe environment for patients and staff.
