What You’ll Do
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites
- Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and component replacements
- Install, assemble, and configure equipment
- Document work performed and communicate findings with the service team
- Travel regularly to customer locations (regional with occasional overnights)
- Work independently with professionalism and attention to detail
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
- Background in any of the following is a plus: automotive repair, electronics/computer building, HVAC, industrial maintenance, assembly, or similar mechanical trades
- Ability to follow technical instructions and diagnose issues logically
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Must be willing to drive 75% of the week
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Reliable, accountable, and capable of working independently
- Previous field service experience
- Understanding of electrical or mechanical systems
