Position Overview

Medical Alternatives, Inc. is seeking dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support individuals in AFC-licensed group homes and semi-independent living settings. This role is hands-on, team-oriented, and focused on delivering consistent, person-centered care.

Full-time (minimum 32 hours/week)
Optional overtime available

Available Shifts

• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

Pay

$17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): hygiene, meals, housekeeping, and shopping
• Support medication preparation and administration
• Transport and accompany residents as needed (company vehicle provided)
• Provide consistent, respectful care in a structured environment

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Michigan)
• Valid Michigan driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR/First Aid and CBIS certification (preferred, not required)
