We are seeking a LPC or LCSW to work as a Clinical Director of IOP services for a well- respected hospital in Knoxville. The IOP Director would manage 1 FTE therapist, 1 part time therapist, 1 Mental Health Tech to start but more staff will be added as the program grows. The IOP Outpatient Director is responsible for providing quality patient care, displaying skills in social assessments, treatment planning and discharge planning. The Outpatient Manager will lead the schedule Primary Treatment Modalities, Group, Family and Individual Therapies and support the Social Services department. The base salary range is from $70,-$90, Depending Upon Experience with full benefits. Excellent career path development and senior leadership.
Requirements :
1 year of experience preferably in an out-patient or IOP setting working with patients across the life span.
TN Therapists License, LCSW | LPC
