The Fulfillment Center Associate is responsible for processing and routing incoming and outgoing mail and coordinating customer/member mailings. Supports daily mailroom activities, including scanning, printing, shipping, and mail distribution. Performs other duties as assigned.
Key Accountabilities
The full salary grade for this position is $34,100 - $48,200. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $34,100 - $42,210. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. Key Accountabilities
- Receive, sort, process, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and shipments
- Scan claims, incoming mail, and other documents and route materials appropriately
- Complete scheduled mail runs and process outgoing mail and customer/member mailings
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging materials and creating shipping labels
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- Previous mailroom, mailing operations, or print production experience
- Experience with Adobe applications and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to lift and move items weighing more than 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to operate or learn mailroom, scanning, shipping, and printing equipment
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
