Medica’s Care Coordinated Products (CCP) Support Specialist is responsible for supporting care coordination processes and documentation. Our Support Specialists serve as subject matter experts and manage a variety of administrative functions, including but not limited to:

• Receiving, managing, and entering authorizations and referrals from internal and external partners
• Managing care coordination and waiver assessment processes, including data entry
• Managing email inboxes and responding to inquiries
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional team members on ad-hoc requests or projects as assigned
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 2 years of related work experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Attention to detail and accuracy to meet required quality measures and standards
• Demonstrated time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with quick turnaround times
• Ability to work independently and apply strong problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  

This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week. We are open to candidates located near one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN.

The full salary grade for this position is $41,300 - $70,800. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $41,300 - $61,950. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.  In addition to compensation, Medica offers a generous total rewards package that includes competitive medical, dental, vision, PTO, Holidays, paid volunteer time off, 401K contributions, caregiver services and many other benefits to support our employees.
