CPR Instructor- Independent Contractor

Job Overview

Medic Mania Emergency Solutions LLC is seeking motivated Independent Contractor CPR/First Aid Instructors to join our growing training network. This is not a full-time or part-time employee position. Instructors operate as 1099 independent contractors and will provide training using the American Red Cross curriculum.

This role is ideal for instructors who want the flexibility of running their own training schedule while partnering with an established training provider.

Contractors will perform a dual role:

• Teach CPR/AED and First Aid courses
• Actively find and develop new clients and training opportunities

Responsibilities

• Teach CPR / AED / First Aid courses using American Red Cross training standards
• Conduct mobile training sessions at businesses, schools, and organizations
• Build relationships with businesses and organizations that require CPR certification
• Identify and secure new training clients
• Maintain professionalism and represent Medic Mania Emergency Solutions LLC in the field
• Ensure all course documentation and certifications are completed according to Red Cross guidelines

Contractor Requirements

• Current American Red Cross Instructor Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor
• Reliable transportation for mobile training
• Ability to manage scheduling and communication with clients
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Sales, networking, or business development ability is a plus

Equipment Requirements

Contractors are expected to provide their own training equipment, including but not limited to:

• CPR manikins
• AED trainers
• Training supplies and course materials

If needed, equipment may be rented from Medic Mania Emergency Solutions LLC.

Compensation

Compensation will be contract-based and varies depending on the source of the client:

• Higher pay for clients secured by the contractor
• Standard instructor rate for clients provided by Medic Mania

Specific payment structure will be discussed and agreed upon during the contractor onboarding process.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CDL (Required)
• Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor Certification (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
