- Identify customer requirements and bridge internal experts for technical deep-dives, development planning and global resource arrangement.
- Leading technical discussion and negotiation towards consensus among multi-parties.
- Manage project health and identify potential risk along with mitigation plan.
- Main communicator to internal and external stakeholders including engineering, business groups and leadership.
- Customer-facing role and work closely with business group to create new opportunities for design-in and design-win. Experience & skill Required.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in engineering development or program management including large scale SOC platform activities.
- Fast learner with broad knowledge on embedded system (Android, Linux/Yocto, RTOS).
- Demonstrate function domain development experience (multimedia, display, camera, AI, performance) and leadership skills to drive progress.
- Experience in global resource coordination is a plus.
- Salary range: $140,000-$250,000 annually.
Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
