Production Team Members - 1st and 2nd Shift

At Mediatechnologies, we design and manufacture high-quality wood furniture for schools, libraries, and workspaces across the country. We’re growing and looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to join our production team on both 1st and 2nd shift.
MUST HAVE's:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year Manufacturing (minimum)
- Experience reading blueprints, metric & standard
- Great attendance record, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude
- Safety focus
Woodworking experience preferred!
What You’ll Do
- Operate machinery and/or hand tools safely and efficiently
- Follow work instructions, prints, and production schedules
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
- Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to safely operate machinery and/or hand tools
Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday 5 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3 p.m. - 1 a.m.
- (Overtime based on production needs and is worked on Friday's)
