The Role: We're looking for an experienced SEO Strategist to lead organic search strategies across a diverse client portfolio. You'll work across teams to integrate SEO into larger media campaigns, optimize technical and content performance, and stay ahead of AI-driven search trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client goals
- Conduct keyword/competitive research and technical site audits
- Optimize content, site structure, and page performance
- Collaborate across media, content, and development teams
- Monitor performance using tools like GSC, GA, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Adapt strategies based on evolving AI and LLM search behaviors
- Support link-building and authority growth initiatives
- Report on KPIs and provide actionable insights
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of SEO experience (agency or multi-client preferred)
- Strong grasp of technical SEO, content optimization, and AI's impact on search
- Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GA
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS and structured data
- Experience working across teams and client accounts
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred
Our office is located in Newtown, Connecticut. Local candidates are encouraged to use our updated office space in Sandy Hook, CT which allows you to take part in our office culture and team bonding that naturally occurs in office. In addition, if you need to take a break from work, there is a beautiful waterfall and serene stream just outside our front door. Local Connecticut or NYC Metro area candidates preferred. Our team working remotely is invited to the office at a minimum of two times per year for our Summer Party and again for the Holiday Party. Other team or client meetings may be scheduled at other times during the year.
