Key Responsibilities
Audience & Market Insights
- Lead cultural and behavioral research to uncover actionable insights
- Develop audience personas and journey maps using tools like MRI-Simmons and Scarborough
- Analyze competitive and category trends to inform strategic direction
- Create frameworks that define media's role across the customer journey
- Align messaging across channels in collaboration with creative and media teams
- Translate research into compelling strategic narratives
- Support strategic planning for clients across industries like healthcare, retail, and finance
- Contribute to pitch development and RFP responses with clear, insight-driven strategies
- Help evolve our methodologies, including AI and measurement innovation
- Identify new research tools, data sources, and storytelling formats
- 5-8 years in communications, brand, or media strategy (agency background preferred)
- Skilled at turning research into insights and strategic presentations
- Experience with audience research tools (e.g., MRI-Simmons, Scarborough)
- Clear communicator with strong writing and presentation skills
- Curious, collaborative, and future-focused
