Job Summary:
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for the hands-on production and quality control of high-quality custom garments, drinkware, and wall art. You’ll work with a skilled, dependable team to produce premium products efficiently and accurately. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and consistent reliability to help maintain a smooth production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment for garment printing, drinkware decoration, and wall art assembly.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met before packaging and shipment.
- Follow detailed production instructions and complete orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality to support team operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in production, printing, or manufacturing preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable and willing to learn new processes and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
