We are looking for an AudioVisual Event Project Manager to join the MediaQuest team! Our ideal candidate is able to manage and produce events for our clients with ease.
Position Details
- Determine and define project scope and objectives.
- Work with MQ technicians to learn, understand, and apply audiovisual technology and operating techniques.
- Prepare budgets, estimates, and quotes based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, logistics and work plans.
- Schedule labor, resources, and vehicles for projects.
- Communicate project status and updates on a consistent basis to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Be on-site to assist production crew as needed.
Qualifications
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and good computer skills.
- Must possess strong organizational skills, including the ability to efficiently manage concurrent projects.
- Must possess the ability to think clearly during crisis situations.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in event and/or production management
- Experience with AV production equipment, such as video switchers, audio mixers, and lighting
- Leadership and project management skills
