- Skilled in requirements gathering, workflow/process documentation, and project artifacts (charters, reports, minutes)
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings with clinical and IT stakeholders
- Collaborates with support teams to design, test, and implement hospital/clinic systems and enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required
