- Provide onsite network support across multiple locations in Massachusetts
- Perform hands-on tasks such as device reboots, module reseeding, and resolving local API issues
- Provide onsite support for environments monitored remotely through Cisco tools, stepping in when physical intervention is required
- Strengthen the Network Engineering team by taking on onsite troubleshooting, repairs, and hands-on maintenance
- Partner with full-time engineering staff managing cybersecurity events and daily operations
- Travel to various facilities as needed for physical network support
- Ensure timely response and resolution for onsite hardware and networking issues
