MediaBrush Marketing is one of the fastest-growing marketing agencies in Binghamton, NY. We are proud to work with locally owned businesses in markets throughout the United States. The MediaBrush Marketing team works to be the in-house marketing team for every client, maximizing the impact of all marketing tools from digital to traditional, while sharing the client’s stories.
As our agency grows, so does our team. MediaBrush Marketing is seeking a digital marketing specialist. The role will collaborate and assist our Digital Marketing Coordinator with all digital marketing channels. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and detail oriented. This candidate will be eager to identify, learn, and use new and emerging tools and technologies.
You will engage with multiple agency client campaigns on a wide range of digital marketing platforms. Activities will range from researching marketplaces and competitors to creating digital content to ensure clients appear in both traditional and Ai search.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. Please do not apply if you are not able to report to our Binghamton, NY location daily, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities for this Position include:
- Implement current best practices for SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata, and internal linking.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in AI-powered search, content ranking, and discoverability (e.g., SGE, chat-based search, and structured data for AI tools).
- Optimize copy, landing pages, and blog content for both traditional search engines and AI search platforms.
- Conduct competitor, industry, and keyword research to support content strategy.
- Build, update, and finalize monthly performance reports – translating the data into clear, client-friendly narratives about campaign performance.
- Identify insights, trends, wins, and opportunities across channels.
- Google Ads Certification (or willingness to complete upon hire)
- Google Keyword Planner Experience (not required but beneficial).
- Use marketing and analytics tools to help monitor the success of campaigns.
- Conducting research on latest market trends and keywords.
- Performing ad-hoc analysis and research and summarizing the findings.
- Ability to conduct in-depth competitor and target audience research.
- Write clear, optimized web copy (landing pages, blogs, service pages).
- Edit and refine content for accuracy, readability, and SEO/AI discoverability.
- Perform minor image editing and resizing using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Key Skills & Experience for this Position include:
- Exceptional organization skills and ability to track multiple projects at once. Ensuring adherence to brand standards for all requests and projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Experience using analytics or reporting tools.
- Proficiency in WordPress; comfort navigating plugins, themes, and page builders.
- Excellent writing, editing, spelling, and grammar.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and enthusiasm for learning AI-driven search trends.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Keyword Planner, or Meta Blueprint is beneficial but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.50 - $23.50 per hour
