About the Employer
F.J. White Learning Center serves our students in grades TK-2. Castle Rock Elementary School serves our students in grades 3-5.
Woodlake Valley Middle School serves our students in grades 6-8. Woodlake High School serves grades 9-12 students, and the Three Rivers and Seville students join the district.
Bravo Lake also serves students in grades 9-12 who need an alternative setting. Woodlake Community Day School serves students in grades 7-12.
Job Summary
The job of "Library Aide / Clerk" is done for the purpose / s of maintaining library collection at school site; implementing age appropriate programs for students utilizing library resources;
selecting appropriate items in support of classroom instruction and educating students on the proper use of the library resources.
The Library Aide / Clerk works under the direct supervision of the Site Administrator.
Requirements / Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Associate degree or higher at least 48 college unity or passing score on the TCOE Instructional Aide Assessment Test;
- Spanish speaking preferred but not required;
- Effective computer, communication, and organizational skills;
- Ability to carry out oral / written directions;
- Work collaboratively with student and content area teachers.
