Responsibilities : Serve as liaison between techs and customersGreet customers promptlyObtain customer and vehicle informationClearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customerDetermine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehiclePrepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and partsEstablish follow up time and preferred method - phone call, text or e-mailMonitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequentlyVerify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair orderExplain all completed work and charges to customers
Requirements : Proven and verifiable record of achieving exceptional Customer SatisfactionPast experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a mustHigh energy level, and warm friendly personalityStay current with product and CSI trainingA desire for a long term career with a growing organizationPersonal and professional integrityADP, as well as some in-lane tablet experience a plusGeneral Motors experience preferred but not required
