Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers in person, over the phone, or via email
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on customer devices
- Perform repairs and maintenance on computer systems, mobile devices, and gaming systems, including soldering and component replacement
- Install and configure software applications and operating systems
- Assist customers with setting up and using various devices, such as smartphones and tablets
-Buying & selling from the public
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire support process
Requirements:
-Experience in mobile device repair (repairing screens, charging ports, batteries, speakers, etc)
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Experience in technical support or a related field
- Proficiency in Windows, Android, and iOS platforms
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Retail sales experience is a plus
-Must work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, but we are flexible with family events, etc.
-Must be 18 years or older
Preferred Experience in:
-2 years in mobile device repair, game system repair, and/or computer building/repair.
-2 years in a customer service field.
-Bilingual is a plus.
