Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional emergency clean-up outside normal hours may be required.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces. - Perform make-ready cleaning of vacant apartments, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing units for new move-ins. - Empty trash, replace liners, and properly dispose of waste. - Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies as needed. - Respond promptly to emergency clean-up situations such as spills, accidents, or weather-related issues. - Report maintenance or safety issues to the Maintenance Department. - Maintain cleaning tools and equipment and notify supervisors when supplies are needed. - Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Prior experience in custodial, janitorial, apartment cleaning, or make-ready work preferred. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and reliability. - Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. - Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
