- Assist with promotion and exhibit plan for each fiscal year
- Select from a range of standard photographic equipment for assignments demanding exact renditions, normally without opportunity for later retakes, when there are specific problems or uncertainties concerning lighting, exposure time, color, artistry, etc.
- Discuss technical requirements with operating officials or supervisors and customize treatment for each situation according to a detailed request
- Vary camera processes and techniques, and use the setting and background to produce aesthetics, as well as accurate and informative pictures
- Edit or produce video production, work independently on PSAs, commercials, and other video productions
- Utilize both standard equipment and when needed, under close supervision will utilize special special-purpose equipment used to create “specialized photography”
- Perform video duplication work, photo scanning, and file transfers
- Photograph and video fixed or moving objects on the ground
- Provide video and photo documentation and editing of a final product for customer events and situations including: Employees who are photographed for identification; Award ceremonies, interviews, banquets, or meetings; External views of machinery, supplies, equipment, buildings, damaged shipments; Other similar scenarios that might require visual imagery
Job Requirements

- US Citizenship is required
- Able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (active Secret clearance preferred)
- Possession of a High School Diploma
- Must have a valid and active driver’s license
- Expert knowledge and experience with professional video and still cameras
- Expert level of experience with flash-type lighting as well as external lighting sources and how to manipulate them to produce desired lighting effects
- Experience with photo and video editing software preferably Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom & Media Encoder
- Computer system knowledge and familiarity with both Apple and Windows
- Ability to solve most problems through consultations with more experienced photographers, if available, or through reference sources
- Must be able to work independently; solves most problems through consultations or reference sources
- Must provide electronic portfolio/work samples for review
